Pero no se trata solo de venir y comer, ¡tendréis que ganároslo! Para ello os vamos a preparar una gymkana-concurso al estilo "Master Chef" para que preparéis las paellas por equipos. Cada etapa del team building está pensada para trabajar un concepto. Van a ser las siguientes: 1º, gymkana, para pensar la estrategia que seguiréis y planificar cómo vais a gastar vuestros recursos. 2º, subasta, llevando a cabo la estrategia pensada y gastando lo que hayas planficado. 3º, negociación. Si no estás satisfecho con los ingredientes que has conseguido, todavía estás a tiempo de negociar con los otros equipos y llegar a un acuerdo. 4º, cocina. Vais a contar con 50 minutos para elaborar la mejor paella que podáis. 5º, juicio. Habrá dos jueces neutros y un miembro de cada equipo, para probar todas las paellas y establecer la puntuación. Ah, y por supuesto todos degustaréis las paellas. ¡El merecido premio tras todas las tareas que habéis completado! Es un evento para grupos de empresa desde 30 hasta 150 personas. ¡Importantes empresas ya han venido a disfrutar de nuestros team building! ¡No os lo perdáis!
