Nuestra forma de ver el enoturismo se aleja de una simple visita a las bodegas. Lo que queremos es transmitiros todo lo que ver con nuestra actividad: la cultura, la gastronomía, la historia, el arte o la naturaleza. En nuestro caso, la historia comienza con los monjes de Cluny, que fueron los que introdujeron el método de elaboración de nuestros vinos a través del Camino de Santiago, donde nos ubicamos. Conocerás nuestro viñedo orgánico, totalmente respetuoso con la fauna y flora local. Para ello ponemos mucho cuidado y cariño. Además las visitas las dirigen miembros de la familia Crespo, así que os contarán las historias de primera mano. Trabajamos con variedades muy singulares y autóctonas, como el Albarín y el Prieto Picudo. Precisamente serán de esta última clase las 2 catas de vino que realizaremos, además de un acompañamiento dulce y salado. El enoturismo más completo de León.
