No solo degustarás alguno de los mejores vinos de nuestra cosecha sino que la experiencia comenzará con un paseo en carruaje para que conozcas de una manera muy especial nuestros viñedos mientras te vas tomando uno de los vinos que tú elijas.  Nuestra bodega se encuentra en un enclave privilegiado para la crianza de nuestros vinos, en la comarca de La Manchuela. Casas Ibáñez se ubica entre la Serranía de Cuenca y La Mancha, tan próximo a localidades de las provincias valencias y conquenses que podrás acceder fácilmente a ella desde cualquiera de estos puntos.  Tu experiencia vinícola comenzará con un paseo muy especial por nuestros campos de vides en un coche de caballos. Una hora disfrutando de las vistas mientras tomas uno de nuestros vinos que tú mismo habrás elegido y te dejas llevar por las explicaciones de nuestro enólogo. Realizaremos dos paradas para que puedas acercarte al proceso de producción desde su comienzo.  Continuaremos la ruta en el interior de la bodega, donde seguirás aprendiendo más sobre el proceso de cultivo del vino, los cuidados que tiene, la fermentación hasta el embotellamiento. Será una visita amena y cercana ya que lo que más nos importa es que disfrutes y aprendas más sobre la bebida que nos ha unido y que tanta tradición y cultura abarca.  Terminaremos con una cata de vinos acompañada con un aperitivo donde aprenderás a saborear, olfatear y sentir cada matiz que componen nuestros caldos. Son vinos exclusivamente veganos y ecológicos y eso sabrás apreciarlo en cada sorbo que des, incluso aprenderás a diferenciarlos.
