Con este curso de enología y cata podrás conocer los vinos de una de las bodegas más prestigiosas de Barcelona.  Nuestros viñedos se enmarcan en la comarca del Alt Penedès, un entorno único donde conviven la viticultura y la naturaleza. La experiencia se compone de tres partes: Paseo por las viñas donde conoceremos las características del suelo, el clima y sus ciclos de vida. Explicaremos los procesos de vinificación y crianza en barricas. Terminaremos con una degustación de nuestros propios vinos y productos regionales mientras participamos en un curso de cata impartido por un enólogo. Además, os entregaremos un dossier para que podáis profundizar en el arte del vino. Se trata de una experiencia completa y como buen amante del vino, no puedes dejar pasar esta ocasión.
