Description

The Villapresente Maze is Spain's largest hedge maze, built by Emilio Perez over seven years as a gift for his daughter. It covers 5,625 m2 with over 4,000 cypress trees forming 1-metre-wide, 2.5-metre-high passages totalling more than 5 km of pathway.

Located in the Cerrazo district (municipality of Reocin), a few kilometres from Santillana del Mar, the maze is a family attraction combining play, orientation and nature. You must find the exit without clues, which can take between 15 minutes and an hour depending on luck.

Next to the maze there is a picnic area and playground. The visit combines easily with Santillana del Mar (5 km) and the Altamira Caves (7 km).
