Context
Castellar de n'Hug, located within the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, is a unique location where the Llobregat River originates and ancient medieval and natural trails converge. The area features low-difficulty hiking routes that allow visitors to explore mountain scenery and iconic natural springs, with a moderate elevation gain not exceeding 685 meters.
The Experience
Over the course of a half-day, participants will learn fundamental hiking safety, navigation, and preparation techniques. The route includes a mix of dirt, stone, and paved sections, passing by the murmuring waters of the Llobregat Fountains and through fragrant forest trails. Key stops include the Coll de la Creueta, offering panoramic mountain views and a memorable vantage point.
