The descent The route combines open-air sections with genuinely underground passages. Squeezes between rock walls, water jumps, natural stone slides and abseils down cascades: the variety of obstacles and the spectacular setting make this unique in northern Spain. Total duration: 5 to 6 hours.

Mid-grade Not introductory, not expert. Good physical fitness, no claustrophobia and willingness to get completely wet are required. Guides assess the group at the start and adapt the demands accordingly. No prior canyoning experience needed.

Who can do it Minimum age 14. Good physical fitness and no claustrophobia required. Not suitable for pregnant women. Groups need a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 participants for safety.
