Description

Si ya tienes experiencia en el ciclismo y buscas nuevos recorridos, ven en sábado a Zarzalejo y realiza un espectacular recorrido. No tienes que traer tu propia BTT, porque nosotros te vamos a dejar una bicicleta eléctrica de ruedas anchas, ideal apra el recorrido que tenemos previsto. Generalmente partimos hacia la Silla de Felipe II para después atravesar el bosque de la Herrería, que además está considerado Patrimonio Nacional. Alcanzamos San Lorenzo de El Escorial y desde aquí empezamos a ascender al Monte Abantos. Estaremos a 1400 msnm, y circularemos por la Sierra. Llegaremos a Robledondo, lugar desde el que se iniciará el descenso por el puerto de la Cruz Verde, pasando entre las grandes extensiones de pinos hasta llegar de nuevo a Zarzalejo. Tenemos otra alternativa que nos llevaría desde Zarzalejo hacia La Machota, cruzando bosques de pinos y castaños, para llegar a Barrerillos Blancos, a una altura de 1350 metros. Es un lugar fascinante por las vistas que obtenemos tanto del valle como del Monasterio de El Escorial. El descenso se hace también por La Cruz Verde para llegar a Robledo de Chavela y hacer un tramo bastante técnico para regresar a Zarzalejo. Es imprescindible tener experiencia para enfrentarte a estos recorridos, ya que no son aptos para no iniciados. Iremos siempre en grupos pequeños, máximo 6 participantes.
