Tenemos preparada una degustación de ginebras artesanas premium que te servirá nuestro sumiller en Madrid. Para ello hemos seccionado una ginebra Alkkemist, que está destilada con la influencia de la luna llena, tan solo 12 veces al año. Para ello empleamos una metodología muy estricta, destilándola 3 veces. Consiguiendo así una calidad exquisita. Seguiremos con una Celtic Dos Héroes, que es una copa de alcohol destilada en frío, al vacío de un grano neutro y cristalino. El mosto de uva fermentado conserva así todos sus aromas desde el origen. Para destilarlo lo concentramos en pequeños lotes, en la columna de destilación conjunto con una selección de botánicos entre lo s que destacamos las bayas de enebro, la raíz de angélica, lirio, cilantro, cardamomo, romero, piel de naranja, mandarina, pomelo y espliego. Una vez en la tercera columna purificamos los posilbes derivados obteniendo un extra dry sutil, fresco y limpio. Y para finalizar un Ginbear Madrid Dry Gin, que se encuentra elaborado con 15 tipos diferentes de botánicos diferentes que obviamente son naturales.
