Esta ruta está pensada para parejas o grupos más grandes como una despedida de soltero, ya que la duración, de entre 4 y 7 horas es perfecta para pasar un día de lo más agradable con los tuyos haciend un turismo diferente.  El grado de dificultad es moderado, además gracias al motor que incluyen las bicis, podrás ayudarte en ciertos momentos si ves que te cuesta más el terreno.  El punto de encuentro es en la estación de tren de Flaçà, donde podrás llegar desde Barcelona y Girona.
