Este curso te servirá para aprender las técnicas básicas para superar con toda seguridad cualquier deporte de montaña: vía ferrata, escalada, barranquismo, espeleología... De la mano de monitores con experiencia, que te enseñarán en clases teóricas y prácticas, conceptos de seguridad de progresión de recorridos verticales. Primero os mostraremos los materiales que normalmente se utilizan en estas actividades: cuerdas, mosquetones, descensor, etc. y os explicaremos el correcto uso de todos ellos. Seguidamente, aprenderéis a hacer nudos, que resultan fundamentales para realizar la actividad con seguridad; ya que si un nudo está mal hecho, se podría poner en peligro tu vida. Y finalmente, realizaremos descensos por cuerda, es decir, rápeles. No es necesario que tengas experiencia previa en escalada, y además nosotros te asesoraremos técnicamente durante y después del curso. Al finalizar el curso, te aseguramos que podrás efectuar rápeles con total soltura y autonomía.
