Barranco del Poio is one of the most technical descents in Galicia, located on the border between Ourense and Portugal. Level V means maximum technical demand: vertical rappels of over 30 metres, fast-water passages requiring advanced swimming technique, high-exposure sections and jumps only for those who know their limits.
