What you'll experience

Embark in Mazarrón

Starting at 7:00 PM, you'll board the schooner Karyam, meet the crew and the biologist, and set sail at sunset for a first night anchored.
Whales, coves and snorkeling.

Full day of sailing towards Cabo Tiñoso and Cabo Cope looking for dolphins and pilot whales, with stops in coves for snorkeling, paddle surfing and swimming. Dinner on deck under the stars.
Last trip and return

Quiet morning of sailing and last sightings before heading to port, with arrival in Mazarrón around 4:00 PM.

Do I need to know how to sail?

No. The crew (captain and marine biologist) handle the sailing. You just need to be comfortable at sea and able to swim for the snorkelling.

Are cetacean sightings guaranteed?

No, these are wild animals. But the Cabo Tiñoso to Cabo Cope area is excellent and the biologist aboard maximises the chances of a sighting.

Which meals are included?

All weekend meals except Friday dinner. They're prepared collaboratively among passengers, as part of life aboard.

Can I book the whole schooner for my group?

Yes, and there's a 10% discount for booking the whole boat. It's the best option for groups of friends or families.

How do I book?

You tell us the dates and number of people and we line up the cabin and berth aboard. It's a contact combo, not an automatic booking.
