Who this fits
Right fit if: you already have some MTB habit — easy rides done, shifting and braking under control — and you want to make a technical leap to overcome specific fears. Minimum age 14 (younger riders have a different format). Reasonable fitness: 7 days on the bike add up.
Not right if: you have never ridden MTB (start with a 2-3 day intro course instead), if you came looking for a long-distance traverse or cycling tour (this is a classroom on wheels, not kilometres), or if you can't stand repeating the same move 20 times. Also not for you if you expect pure downhill: we work cross-country, not DH.
