Who this fits

With friends Adventure Ecotourism Local Life

Right fit if: you already have some MTB habit — easy rides done, shifting and braking under control — and you want to make a technical leap to overcome specific fears. Minimum age 14 (younger riders have a different format). Reasonable fitness: 7 days on the bike add up.

Not right if: you have never ridden MTB (start with a 2-3 day intro course instead), if you came looking for a long-distance traverse or cycling tour (this is a classroom on wheels, not kilometres), or if you can't stand repeating the same move 20 times. Also not for you if you expect pure downhill: we work cross-country, not DH.

Frequently asked

Got a question not listed here? Just ask.

Do I need my own bike?
No. You can bring yours (full-suspension recommended, free check-up on day 0) or add the mid-range rental component. There is also a 250 W e-bike option (surcharge).
What starting level do I need?
Beginner-intermediate. You should know how to ride an MTB, shift gears and brake without falling. If you have never ridden MTB, take a 2-3 day intro course before coming.
What if I miss a session?
The first three are non-negotiable (foundation). The rest can be made up after hours, agreed with the instructor, with an extra fee we'll confirm upfront.
Why the 250 W e-bike rule?
It's a Sierra de Guadarrama National Park rule, not ours. Above 250 W electric assistance no longer counts as pedal-assist and the bike can't ride the authorised trails. If you bring an e-bike, check the motor label.
Is this DH or cross-country?
Cross-country (XC). We work technique for long rides with mixed climbs and descents, not pure downhill. If you want DH, this is not your course.
