Rego do Val is a Level IV canyon in inland Pontevedra. This category represents the most demanding tier of technical canyoning: high waterfall rappels, essential self-rescue manoeuvres, sections with minimal escape options and high physical and mental commitment throughout the day.

The day is intense and demands maximum focus. The route includes high rappels over waterfalls, opposition passages in constricted walls, deep pools and sections where mastery of self-rescue techniques is fundamental.
