Antes de comenzar la ruta, te enseñaremos lo necesario para que domines enseguida los bastones, y logres los movimientos más eficientes. Una vez lo tengamos claro, iniciaremos el recorrido, que tiene lugar por los alrededores de Lozoya, en el Parque Natural de la Sierra de Guadarrama. Iremos en grupos reducidos, así que además puedes conocer a más personas aventureras durante el recorrido. Esta sesión de nordic walking te abrirá las puertas a una nueva forma de disfrutar de las rutas por la naturaleza. Para finalizar la jornada podréis participar en un divertido tiro con arco ¡Ven a recorrer la Sierra de Guadarrama practicando nordic walking y tiro con arco! *Edad mínima, 12 años. Los participantes deben tener una condición física que les permita hacer una ruta de 2 horas y 30 minutos.
