At La Jarradilla, a family dairy in the Pasiego Valleys, you will make an artisan Pasiego cheese from start to finish using traditional methods kept alive by the Diego family for over three decades. You will learn about the local cheese-making tradition, work the curd with your own hands and take home the cheese you have made. The workshop includes a tasting of the different artisan varieties produced at the dairy.
