The area

Sort is the capital of the Pallars Sobirà, in the Lleida Pyrenees, on the banks of the Noguera Pallaresa. A mountain village devoted to whitewater since the 1980s, surrounded by high mountains and with the Alt Pirineu Natural Park and Aigüestortes National Park a step away.

By car: Sort is on the C-13, ~1h30 from Lleida, 2h45 from Barcelona and 1h30 from Andorra. It's the most convenient way to move between the bridge, the river and the country house. Coach: the operator can arrange group transport and access to a campsite with a pool and showers. Airports: Lleida-Alguaire, Barcelona and Toulouse (France) are the nearest.

Which activities does the price include?

The bungee jump and one water activity (rafting, canyoning or hydrospeed), plus one night in a country house. Paragliding and extra water activities are optional and added separately.

How many people is it for?

It's designed for 8 to 15 people, the typical size of a stag/hen do or a group of friends. For larger groups we tailor it; just ask.

Do I need experience for rafting or canyoning?

No. The usual versions suit beginners with a guide; you just need to swim and be healthy. If the group wants more intensity, there are advanced stretches and canyons.

When is the best time?

April to October. The best flow is April to June with the snowmelt; in August the river drops and runs calmer. The water is cold year-round (wetsuits are used).

How do I book?
