Mendukilo Cave

Mendukilo Cave is located in the Sierra de Aralar, Navarra, a natural setting known for its limestone mountains and beech and oak forests. This karst cave stands out for its geological formations, especially stalactites and stalagmites that have grown over thousands of years, creating an underground landscape of great scientific and visual interest. The interior temperature remains constant at around 12 °C, allowing for a comfortable visit year-round.

During the guided tour, visitors can admire the cave's various chambers, where artificial lighting is combined with ambient sound effects to highlight the beauty and atmosphere of the space. Columns, curtains, and other mineral formations showcase the slow action of water and time.
