Sobrellano Palace is a gem of Cantabrian Neo-Gothic architecture, built between 1882 and 1888 by architect Joan Martorell for Antonio López, first Marquis of Comillas. Its grand façade and stately interiors house furniture designed by a young Antoni Gaudí, including pieces in the adjoining Chapel-Pantheon. Listed as a Cultural Heritage Site, the guided tour covers the main halls, the chapel with stained-glass windows and the family pantheon. Closed on Mondays. General admission 7 €, reduced 5 €.
