Rock climbing Climbing on natural rock is one of the most complete adventure experiences: technique, strength, balance and nerve. These guided sessions are designed for first-timers and for those who want to improve their outdoor climbing technique.

The session The guide adapts the level to the group: from introductory routes (I-III) to more technically demanding lines. Basic knot work, movement technique on rock, safety systems and gear use. The session takes place entirely on natural rock outdoors.

Who can do it Minimum age 8. No prior experience needed. Basic physical fitness required. Suitable for groups of friends, couples, families with children aged 8 and above.

Description

Si te has decidido a iniciarte en la escalada, no encontrarás un lugar mejor que la reserva de Urdaibai, donde nosotros vamos a preparar el curso que necesitas. Para ello quedaremos en la playa de Laidatzu, situada en Mundaka, y desde aquí os llevaremos en nuestra furgoneta hasta la zona elegida para la escalada. Normalmente tardamos una media hora en llegar. Una vez en el lugar indicado, prepararemos todo el equipo de escalada y nuestro instructor os explicará las técnicas básicas, que después practicaremos en una vía de roca natural. El curso se completa en media jornada, y es válido para todo el mundo, ya que el aprendizaje se hace desde cero. Podrán venir niños desde los 12 años. Si fueran menores de esa edad, consúltanos. Para este curso requerimos un mínimo de 6 personas. Si sois menos, podéis preguntarnos y así os intentaremos juntar con otros participantes.
