The experience
Over three hours, couples learn foundational rock climbing techniques on natural limestone walls, including proper use of certified climbing gear, route reading, and hand and foot placement. Under the supervision of a qualified instructor, participants ascend vertical faces and rocky outcrops, feeling the rough texture beneath their palms and hearing the soothing sounds of nearby streams and natural pools. This course is suitable for couples with moderate physical fitness, aged 14 and over, who wish to begin rock climbing in a protected natural environment. Not recommended for individuals with severe vertigo, mobility issues, or limited basic strength.
