The Experience After meeting in Thuès-Entre-Valls and transferring to the canyon entrance, you’ll be equipped with wetsuit, helmet, and harness. Under professional guidance, you’ll descend the canyon using rappels, jumps, and swimming in natural thermal pools. The sound of flowing water and the warm, clear texture of the pools create a natural spa atmosphere. The full descent takes 2 to 4 hours, exploring waterfalls and thermal pools within a protected alpine environment.
