¡Una de las mejores ferratas para iniciarte es la vía de Montsant! Esta vía de Tarragona, situada sobre el pueblo de la Morera de Montsant ubicado en pleno corazón del Priorat y junto al Parque Natural de la Sierra de Montsant, será la mejor opción si lo que quieres es comenzar un deporte extremo. Cuenta con 2 puentes tibetanos, una vertical aguja de 30 metros, y un recorrido lleno de vistas impresionantes. Desde la cima, podrás contemplar todo el Priorat y sus viñas, la Sierra de Llaberia, la Ribera del Ebro, Siurana y el pantano, y las montañas de Prades.  Posee un nivel de dificultad medio-bajo, apto para la iniciación que te hará dar el máximo de ti tanto física como mentalmente. La aproximación hacia la vía será un buen calentamiento, pues ascenderemos hasta llegar a un tramo de grandes bloques de conglomerado. Tardaremos unas 2 horas en superar la vía, y cuando lleguemos a la cúspide del Montsant iremos por un tramo de la Serra Major hasta bajar por el Grado de la Grallera, un camino que sube a la montaña que recorreremos durante 1 hora hasta llegar al coche. En total serán entre 3 o 4 horas, dependiendo de cuántos seáis, y contando con las instrucciones previas sobre las técnicas que se deben utilizar, seguridad, orientación y características sobre el entorno.
