Description

Guided snorkelling in the clear waters off the Gandía coast. Rocky bottoms south of the beach harbour posidonia oceanica meadows, octopuses camouflaged in crevices, moray eels peeking from caves, schools of silvery bream and starfish clinging to rocks. The marine instructor explains underwater life during immersion, identifying species and teaching ecosystem respect. Full equipment is included: panoramic mask, snorkel, shorty wetsuit and fins. Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours, with a land briefing and gradual water entry from shore or auxiliary boat. Adapted to all levels, including children from age 8 with company. On calm days, visibility exceeds 10 metres and you can spot cuttlefish up to 40 cm, colourful nudibranchs and, with luck, a sea turtle. Immersion at 1-4 metres depth, always close to coast with safety floats. Meeting point at Gandía marina.
