  1. Welcome to Covarrubias

    Welcome in Covarrubias, settling into the rural hotel and briefing with the guide: horse presentation, adjustment of the Western saddle and initial route concepts.

  2. First day through the valley

    Gentle outing to get acquainted with the horse and the terrain, riding through the valleys near Covarrubias among fields and groves.

  3. Towards the juniper groves

    Day through the ancient juniper groves of the mountains, with meals along the way and long stretches passing among millennial trees.

  4. Heart of the Demand

    Immersion in the foothills of the Sierra de la Demanda, with sweeping landscapes and villages frozen in time.

  5. Paths of the Cid

    Stage following the historical steps of the Route of the Cid, with meals along the way and stops at locations with a strong medieval flavor.

  6. Woods and highlands

    Day through forests and highlands with open views of the sierra, already enjoying the work accumulated during the week.

  7. Last ride and return

    Last day horseback riding back towards Covarrubias, and the following day, breakfast and farewell after a week of adventure.
