Arrival and acclimatisation
Afternoon arrival, check-in at the rural house. Short walk (3-4 km) along nearby paths to scout the terrain, and home dinner at the house or in the nearest village.

Long route to the viewpoint (10-12 km)
8 a.m. start with fresh dew. 10-12 km circular route with 200 m elevation, climb to a viewpoint overlooking Montserrat. Back to the house for pool or free afternoon.

Short vineyard route (8 km) + optional winery
Short 8 km circular crossing 16th-c. threshing floors and a Romanesque hermitage. Light lunch and, optionally, 60-min tasting at a family winery before heading back.

It does NOT fit mountain hikers seeking strong elevation or technical routes — try alto-aller-cabanas or grazalema-senderismo. Nor for reduced-mobility travellers without support on dirt paths.
