Hemos llevado el concepto de team building un paso más allá, construyendo una aventura más propia de una película o de un videojuego que de la vida real. ¿Estáis preparados para lograr la fuga de la fortaleza? Esta impresionante actividad se lleva a cabo en el histórico Castillo de San Fernando, en el municipio gerundense de Figueras. ¿Eres consciente de que vas a vivir una extraordinaria aventura entre los muros de la fortaleza más grande de toda Europa? Los participantes se van a dividir en equipos de hasta 8 miembros cada uno. A todos se les explicará detalladamente las reglas del juego y las normas de seguridad.  Las pruebas que tendréis que superar van a exigir, sobre todo, que utilicéis el pensamiento lógico y que colaboréis entre todos los componentes del equipo. Por ello resulta una experiencia tan enriquecedora para los miembros de una empresa. En última instancia, el objetivo es encontrar la puerta que os saque de la fortaleza y alcancéis la "libertad". Los equipos recibirán la denominación de un tipo de personaje que se encuentra en el castillo, desde caballeros, soldados, o artilleros hasta ingenieros o mineros. Cada equipo se desplazará en un vehículo 4x4 (conducido por un miembro de la organización), personalizado con el símbolo del grupo. Dispondréis de un cuaderno, un bolígrafo y un mapa para cada equipo. Con ese material y las explicaciones que os daremos, tendréis que ir superando los acertijos que iréis encontrando. Además, todos los participantes llevarán un casco de seguridad con un frontal. Cada prueba dura aproximadamente 15 minutos. Estos son algunos de los retos que os encontraréis: Acceder a un inmenso túnel y localizar el explosivo antes de que detone. Crear una ambulancia de las que había en el s. XVII. Pruebas desde embarcaciones en las aguas subterráneas del castillo. Y muchas más. Los retos serán los mismos para todos, por lo que estaréis en igualdad de condiciones. ¡Vuestra habilidad será determinante para ganar el reto antes que los demás! ¡Muy importante! Los participantes no deben saber nada sobre la actividad, para que el factor sorpresa actúe como es debido. Por eso, lo mejor es que no comentes nada de lo que vais a encontraros. ¡Este team building va a ser histórico! Se necesitan un mínimo de 16 personas para poder realizar esta actividad.
