En Seoane do Courel, un pequeño pueblo en la provincia de Lugo, te ofrecemos dos rutas espeleológicas de nivel de iniciación por las cuevas de Ceza y de Buraca das Choias. Elige una de las dos para dar tu primer paso en la espeleología, un deporte mucho más entretenido si se hace en una zona tan bonita como la de estas cuevas gallegas. Ambas están en esta parroquia de Folgoso do Courel, y quedaremos en la entrada del pueblo para emprender camino hacia las cavernas. Ambas tienen un recorrido de aproximación de entre 30 y 45 minutos, por accesos complicados que también forman parte de una experiencia aventurera. Para llegar a la cueva de Ceza seguiremos el curso del río hasta poder divisar las estalactitas y estalagmitas que hay en su interior, aparte de algunos salones naturales de gran belleza.  En ambos hay algunos pasillos muy estrechos que superar hasta llegar a galerías de hasta 7 y 8 metros, como es el caso de Buraca das Choias. Las dos son trepidantes y la mejor forma de comenzar a practicar este deporte. Elige una de las dos, ponte calzado impermeable y te esperamos en Seoane do Courel.
