Practical tips

For Calblanque in summer, arrive before 9:00 or use public transport from La Manga. In Sierra Espuña, the route map from the Ricardo visitor centre includes altitudes, elevation profiles and water points. For diving in Cartagena, confirm with each operator whether the dive includes equipment rental or guide-only service.
