Context The intensive ultralight flying course is held at Los Garranchos Airfield, located 9 km from San Javier in the Region of Murcia. The airfield features a 500 x 15-meter asphalt runway and operates within the controlled airspace of the San Javier Air Base, requiring the use of radio communication, transponder, and a flight plan. Favorable weather conditions year-round make flying possible in any season.

The Experience Over three days, you’ll complete one-hour flight sessions, each preceded by theoretical briefings covering basic maneuvers, airfield circuits, and VFR navigation. Under expert supervision, you’ll pilot an ultralight aircraft over the Costa Cálida and the Mar Menor, enjoying panoramic views of beaches, islands, and natural landscapes. As the wind carries the scent of the sea, you’ll feel the exhilaration of true flight.

For Whom This course is ideal for individuals over 16 years old with good coordination and focus, seeking to begin training in ultralight piloting.
