What you'll experience

Check-in and vineyard walk

Arrival at the hotel from 4 PM onwards. Welcome cocktail in reception. Free time to unpack and take a first stroll through the 50 ha vineyard at golden hour.
Guided tour of the winery and commented wine tasting.

At 6 PM, visit the winemaking facility and the underground barrel room with the winemaker. At 7 PM, guided tasting of 4-6 wines paired with Manchego cheese and cured meats.
Dinner and spa

À la carte dinner or paired dining at the in-house restaurant (contemporary Manchegan cuisine, not included in the base rate). Afterwards, free session at the thermal circuit.
Breakfast and check-out

Buffet breakfast with products from La Mancha. Last optional session at the spa before checking out at 12h. Opportunity to buy wines directly from the winery.

1-hour tour of the vineyard, vinification room and underground American and French oak barrel hall. Led by the house oenologist.
Guided tasting with pairing

4-6 house wines (white, rosé, young reds, aged reds) presented by a sommelier, paired with DOP cheese, cured meats and rustic bread. 90 minutes.
Unlimited vinotherapy spa access

Thermal circuit: active pool with waterfall and jets, Roman baths, steam room, jacuzzi, chocolate-therapy room and relaxation area. Free access throughout the stay.

3-4 course contemporary Manchego dinner (Manchego lamb, DOP cheese, gazpacho manchego, grape dessert) paired with house wines. Optional surcharge.

Who this fits

With friends Romantic Relaxation Gastronomy Premium

Fits if: you're a couple or small group (2-6), interested in wine without being a sommelier, want to combine it with real (not marketing) spa. Works as a Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday escape. Adults.

Doesn't fit if: you travel with small children, look for an intensive multi-day winery programme (this is one night), or want to combine it with mountain or coast. If you need more days, add a second night with a trip to the Lagunas de Ruidera or Almansa Castle.

Is dinner included?

In the basic package, no. You can add a paired dinner at our restaurant (3 courses + pairing) as an upgrade, or dine à la carte. There are also restaurants in Fuente-Álamo, 2 km away.

Can I choose the type of room?

Subject to availability. You can indicate your preference when booking (Tempranillo, Bobal, Garnacha, Cabernet…). Suites have an additional cost.

Is the tasting in a group or private?

The standard tasting included is in a group (max 12 people) with a sommelier. A private tasting (max 6) with food pairing is an optional upgrade.

What does access to the spa include?

Active pool with waterfall and jets, Roman baths, steam room, chocolate therapy room, jacuzzi and relaxation area. Individual massages and treatments are extra services to be booked separately.

Do I need to bring anything special?

Swimsuit, flip-flops (the spa requires them), comfortable flat shoes for the winery visit and a warm layer: the barrel rooms are 14°C year-round.
