La vaca pajuna, o también llamada serrana, es una raza bovina que habita alguna de las regiones montañosas de la comunidad autónoma de Andalucía. Este animal se encuentra, en su mayoría, en la zona de Sierra Nevada; sin embargo, aquí en Málaga también tiene representación. Esta raza se particulariza, sobre todo, porque posee una admirable adaptación a los espacios más adversos.
