Description

The Serra Gelada Natural Park stretches between Benidorm, l'Alfas del Pi and Altea with over 5,000 hectares of 300-metre sea cliffs, fossil dunes and Mediterranean pinewoods. The most popular route is the walk to the Albir Lighthouse: 5 km return on a paved path suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, with views of the Penon de Ifach and Benidorm island.

For experienced hikers, the ridge traverse from Albir to Benidorm covers 8.5 km along the Costa Blanca's most dramatic cliffs. The park also includes Benidorm Island, reachable by boat, with moorings for snorkelling.
