Este cañón cuenta con muchas cavidades, en donde viven multitud de aves, como los buitres, los alimoches, los halcones o las águilas. Podrás divisar muchos ejemplares de estos animales. También visitaremos la ermita se San Bartolomé, de origen templario. Detrás de ella, además, está la Cueva Grande. Veremos también el Colmenar de los Frailes.
