The Entrepeñas reservoir, known as the "Sea of Castile", offers water activities (boating, wakeboarding, canoeing), fishing and swimming in turquoise coves surrounded by pines. The sunsets over the reservoir are among the most photographed sights in the area.
From Pareja there is easy access to the charming villages of the Alcarria (Trillo, Brihuega, Pastrana), the Monsalud Monastery and the Alto Tajo Natural Park. It is 1 hour 30 minutes from Madrid via the A-2.
