Mont-roig-Miami Platja coastal path

Start at Punta del Riu or Cala Crancs beach. 6 km linear (12 round trip) coastal path, with viewpoint stops and Coves d'en Daniel for swimming and picnic.
Masía + dinner

Check-in at the masía (5 km inland). Pool or garden reading. Dinner on the farm or at a recommended village restaurant.
Free morning

Late breakfast. Options: Mas Miró (45 min by car), Sierra de Llaberia (hermitage and views) or a beach swim before departure.

Who this fits

Fits if you're a couple, friends or family with kids 8+ who can manage 3 hours' walking, wanting something active but not demanding. Good weekend from Barcelona/Tarragona.

Doesn't fit if you want a beach resort, nightlife or hard hiking. Inland sierra is an optional add-on but a different plan.

Can I extend to 2 nights?

Yes, prorated rate. We recommend Sierra de Llaberia (hermitage, 10 km, 600 m elevation) or a half-day in Tarragona city for that second day.

How busy is the Camí de Ronda?

In summer yes, especially July-August. Off-season (April-June, September-October) it's nearly empty on weekdays.

Are there routes for small children?

Yes: the short section from Punta del Riu to Cala Coves d'en Daniel (2 km round trip, flat) is perfect for ages 5+.

Can I combine with Sitges or Barcelona?

Yes, pairs well: Mont-roig is 1h30 from Barcelona and 45 min from Sitges. A long weekend allows city + coast.
