Who this fits

With friends Ecotourism Family Accessible
It's a good fit if you come with family and children, as a couple or with friends looking for an easy and fun nature plan. Perfect for those who don't usually cycle: the descent and e-bike make it all possible. It’s not a good fit if you're looking for a challenging route, mileage or elevation gain: this is a guided tour, not a sporting challenge. If you want adrenaline or training, this isn’t for you.

Frequently asked

Got a question not listed here? Just ask.

Is it suitable for children?
Absolutely. It’s a plan designed for families, with bikes of all sizes, e-bikes, trailers and child seats. The route is flat and traffic-free.
Do you need to be a skilled cyclist?
No. It’s a gentle descent on flat ground. If you can keep your balance, you can do it. The e-bike makes it even easier.
Will we see bears?
We stop at the enclosure of the Asturias Bear Foundation, where a rescued brown bear lives in semi-captivity. Sightings aren’t guaranteed as the animal moves freely around a large area, but the stop and the story are well worth it.
How do we get back to the starting point?
With the included shuttle service: we pick you up at the end of the route and take you back to the starting point. You don’t have to cycle back.
What if it rains?
In Asturias it can rain at any moment. Except for heavy storms, the route is done anyway; we recommend bringing a waterproof layer. If the weather is very bad, it will be rescheduled.
