Zorita, Recópolis and a night in Sigüenza
Departure from Madrid or Guadalajara to Zorita de los Canes. Visit of the castle (Order of Calatrava, 1174) and the Visigothic site of Recópolis (578). Lunch at a traditional restaurant in La Alcarria with DO honey. In the afternoon, transfer to Sigüenza via secondary roads and a walk through the medieval city. Dinner and overnight stay in Sigüenza.

Sigüenza, Atienza and Molina de Aragón
Tomorrow in Sigüenza: castle-parador and cathedral. Ascent to Atienza, with spectacular views from its tower. Continue to Molina de Aragón, lunch in the old town and visit of the castle (one of the largest in Spain). Return in the afternoon, with an optional stop at the Pioz castle on the way to Madrid.
