¿Queréis fortalecer lazos entre compañeros de trabajo? ¿Buscáis relacionaros de manera distendida en un entorno diferente? Os proponemos que vengáis a practicar coasteering en la Costa Brava. Liberaréis posibles tensiones del trabajo y, en definitiva, mejoraréis la relación que tenéis con vuestros compañeros realizando un circuito por la playa de Sant Pol, al lado de Sant Feliu de Guíxols. La actividad os llevará un tiempo aproximado de entre 2 y 3 horas. Durante este tiempo combinaréis varias modalidades, como andar, nadar e incluso, para los que así lo deseen, podréis subir a una roca y saltar al mar. El guía también os llevará a explorar cuevas marítimas, además de hacer snorkeling. ¿Muy completo, no? Os proporcionaremos el material que necesitáis para cada tramo. Iréis equipados con neopreno, casco y escarpines. Además, esta actividad, ubicada cerca de Girona, os permitirá llevar a cabo un Team building en un ambiente totalmente diferente con el que disfrutaréis de un precioso recorrido costero. Importante: tendréis que venir con calzado que se pueda mojar, bañador y ropa de recambio. El resto del material correrá por nuestra cuenta. Además, también os prepararemos un picnic para que recarguéis fuerzas.
