Description

Si eres un amante del ciclismo y te encuentras por tierras madrileñas, estamos seguros de que ya estás cansado de recorrer los mimos sitios una y otra vez. No obstante, estas de suerte, porque hoy te has topado con nosotros, y en las siguientes líneas vas a descubrir nuestra ruta en bicicleta por las vías de servicio de Canal Isabell II. Pedalearemos durante alrededor de 2:30 horas, y aunque a primeras el destino no parezca de ensueño, créenos cuando te decimos que se trata de uno de los mejores rincones madrileños para emprender una excursión en BTT. Ven con tu mejor outfit de ciclista y bien provisto de agua porque la ruta en bici que nos espera es exigente, pero compensa, porque los entornos tan tranquilos y bellos que veremos a nuestro paso son dignos de conocer de esta manera. Solo tendrás que venir hasta Colmenar, donde suelen comenzar estas salidas en bicicleta y de lo demás te puedes despreocupar porque nosotros te daremos todos los materiales necesarios y un guía que conoce este recorrido a la perfección. Partiendo desde la localidad que te comentamos, pondremos dirección al Canal Alto, una pista ancha, cómoda y en este caso asfaltada. Forma parte de las vías de servicio del Canal Isabel II. A nuestro paso bordearemos grandes acueductos, como los del Musguillo y del Enebral. Estaremos por una zona con una altura privilegiada por lo que las vistas serán realmente embriagadoras y nos permitirán divisar a lo lejos extensas llanuras, las cuales tienen nombre y apellido, la Dehesa de Moncalvillo, a la cual nos dirigiremos posteriormente. Tras ello iremos a visitar el camino de la Ermita de la Virgen de Navalazarzar, a donde llegaremos con relativa dificultad porque es en subida. No obstante, una cosa es segura, las vistas son magníficas y disfrutaremos de un extenso y sereno remanso. Aquí podremos descansar y tomar unas fotos y al acabar, tendremos un tramo que solo irá en bajada y que eventualmente nos conducirá a al final de nuestra ruta en BTT y que, por cierto, alberga lo mejor de la salida, ya que disfrutaremos de una panorámica impresionante del embalse de Pedrezuela. Seguro que nunca te habías imaginado que esta ruta en bicicleta sería tan buena.
