Arrival + short ride + San Juan reservoir
Check-in in La Adrada, briefing with the guide, 25 km short ride across dehesa pastures and descent to San Juan reservoir for a swim. Dinner in a village tavern.

Medium ride + La Adrada castle
40 km medium ride across Adrada-Casillas with Gredos views. Free afternoon for the 15th-century castle and the village natural pool.

Long ride across Sierra de Mijares to Burguillo reservoir
60 km / 800 m+ via Pelayos and Sierra de Mijares to the Burguillo reservoir. Lakeside picnic and return. Early start to avoid heat.

Who this fits
Fits if you want moderate MTB in an open valley without the hardness of northern Gredos, with reservoir swims to close the day and reasonable prices. Ideal for couples or small friend groups.
Doesn't fit if you want technical enduro (try Sierra de Madrid or Aragonese Pyrenees), 100 km rides or beach destinations. July-August can hit 35 °C in the afternoon.
