Three days of historic wineries, local-product cuisine and restored village houses in the heart of Spanish wine country.
From 295 € /person
La Rioja as a weekend getaway: two or three nights focused on wine culture, with guided visits to historic wineries (Marqués de Riscal, López de Heredia, Muga), meals at restaurants working with zero-kilometre produce, and lodging in rural houses or boutique hotels in San Vicente, Haro or Logroño.
The trip lets you compose the experience at your own pace: formal tastings or casual tapas, one historic winery or three in a day, wine route by bike or chauffeured car. We send you a menu of options; you pick, we put it together.

Recommendations
Book historic wineries 2-3 weeks ahead, especially Marqués de Riscal and Muga in September-October. For tapas in Logroño, arrive on Calle Laurel by 8pm: earlier and it's empty, after 9pm the best-known kitchens have queues.
Frequently asked questions
How many wineries can be visited per day?
A reasonable pace is 2 tasting visits plus a meal. Three is doable with an early start and tight scheduling.
Do I need a car?
Recommended. Wineries are dispersed and villages small. A private-driver alternative is available — we coordinate it in the quote.
Best time of year?
May-June (green vineyards) and September-October (harvest). Summer works too but midday heat is intense.
Is it suitable for non-drinkers?
Yes — wineries offer non-tasting tours and restaurants have non-paired menus. The experience is richer with wine but not required.
