What you'll experience

Check-in and vineyard walk

Arrive at the hotel from 4pm. Welcome cocktail at reception. Free time to unpack and a first walk through the 50 ha of vineyard at golden hour.
Guided winery visit and tasting

At 6pm, tour of the vinification room and underground barrel hall with the oenologist. At 7pm, guided tasting of 4-6 wines paired with Manchego cheese and cured meats.
Dinner and spa

À la carte or paired dinner at the house restaurant (contemporary Manchego cuisine, not in the base rate). Afterwards, free thermal-circuit session.
Breakfast and check-out

Buffet breakfast with Manchego products. Optional final spa session before noon check-out. Possibility to buy wines directly from the winery.

Buffet with Manchego DOP cheese, local cured meats (chorizo, lomo), home-made pastry, fruit and coffee. Served in the hotel restaurant until 10:30.

Guided visit to Mainetes winery

1-hour tour of the vineyard, vinification room and underground American and French oak barrel hall. Led by the house oenologist.
Guided tasting with pairing

4-6 house wines (white, rosé, young reds, aged reds) presented by a sommelier, paired with DOP cheese, cured meats and rustic bread. 90 minutes.
Unlimited vinotherapy spa access

Thermal circuit: active pool with waterfall and jets, Roman baths, steam room, jacuzzi, chocolate-therapy room and relaxation area. Free access throughout the stay.
Upgrade: paired dinner at the house restaurant

3-4 course contemporary Manchego dinner (Manchego lamb, DOP cheese, gazpacho manchego, grape dessert) paired with house wines. Optional surcharge.
Upgrade: vine-shoot vinotherapy massage

60-minute treatment: pomace-and-honey wrap plus relaxing massage with grape-seed and vine-shoot oils. Bookable in advance.

Who this fits

With friends Romantic Relaxation Gastronomy Premium

Fits if: you're a couple or small group (2-6), interested in wine without being a sommelier, want to combine it with real (not marketing) spa. Works as a Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday escape. Adults.

Doesn't fit if: you travel with small children, look for an intensive multi-day winery programme (this is one night), or want to combine it with mountain or coast. If you need more days, add a second night with a trip to the Lagunas de Ruidera or Almansa Castle.

¿La cena está incluida?

En el paquete base no. Se puede añadir cena maridada en el restaurante de la casa (3 platos + maridaje) como upgrade, o cenar à la carte. También hay restaurantes en Fuente-Álamo a 2 km.

¿Puedo elegir variedad de habitación?

Sujeto a disponibilidad. Al reservar puedes indicar preferencia (Tempranillo, Bobal, Garnacha, Cabernet…). Las habitaciones tipo suite tienen suplemento.

¿La cata es en grupo o privada?

La cata estándar incluida es en grupo (máx 12 personas) con sumiller. La cata privada (max 6) con maridaje gastronómico es un upgrade opcional.

¿Qué incluye el acceso al spa?

Piscina activa con cascada y jets, baños romanos, vaporario, sala de chocolaterapia, jacuzzi y zona de relax. Masajes y tratamientos individuales son extras a contratar aparte.

¿Necesito traer algo especial?

Bañador, chanclas (el spa los exige), calzado cómodo plano para la visita a bodega y una capa de abrigo: las salas de barrica están a 14°C todo el año.
