Si os planteáis una actividad que aporte beneficios a nivel humano en vuestra empresa, os proponemos La Gran Búsqueda, en Lozoya. Participaréis en un reto que aúna el ocio con el deporte en el que se compite por equipos. El objetivo será hallar el tesoro oculto. Será una sesión de team building en condiciones. Formaremos grupos de 10 integrantes que tendrán que cooperar para localizar los puntos de control indicados en el mapa que se les entregará. Al mismo tiempo se enfrentarán a pruebas que les aportarán pistas para ubicar el tesoro. Os sumergiremos en una aventura tematizada a través de la figura de nuestros monitores que estarán vestidos de piratas. Con este planteamiento, buscamos trabajar las relaciones entre los distintos miembros del equipo, repercutiendo positivamente en valores como el compañerismo y aprendiendo los beneficios de una correcta organización, colaboración y capacidad de reconocer y ejercer como líder, siempre mientras os divertís. Cuando hayamos llegado a la mitad de la actividad de team building, os repondréis con bebidas isotónicas, alimento energético en gel o barritas, etc. Existe la posibilidad de que sea el propio cliente el que nos proporcione el premio para el ganador, que incorporaremos al tesoro. La única condición física para la participación, es no padecer problemas de salud, no hacen falta grandes capacidades. Así, dentro de un mismo equipo, se fomenta la colaboración entre personas de diferentes edades y condiciones. La actividad puede hacerse en cualquier estación del año, de manera que las pruebas se adaptarán a la climatología.
