How it works in practice.

We receive a request

A user looks for an activity. We ask them: dates, group size, level, expectations. We understand exactly what they need before contacting you.

We ask you only what we need

We only reach out when it's a good fit. The first time we ask for price, availability and what's included. After that, only what we don't know yet.

You confirm, we handle it

If you have availability, we present the proposal. We manage the payment and transfer the amount directly to the account you provide.

The customer shows up on the agreed day

We handle questions, reminders and logistics until the day of the activity. You just need to receive them.

Monthly settlement

At the end of the month we send you the commission invoice and transfer the amount directly to your account. No paperwork on your end.

How to get started

Getting set up is quick.

Most providers are up and running the same day we contact them. All you need are your tax details and to tell us what you offer.

We sign the agreement

We share a form with your tax details and terms. You review it, sign it, and it's on record. No paperwork, no red tape.

We validate your offer

If we already have information about you, we share it for you to confirm or correct. If not, we start from scratch.

You define your activity

You tell us what you offer: price, what's included, group size, location, setting, conditions. Once. We save it and never ask again.

When a matching request comes in, we check your availability. If you have it, we handle the booking for you.

Things we get asked most.

When do I get paid?

At the start of each month you receive what was generated the previous month, already net of our commission. We send you a detailed breakdown of every booking included in the settlement.

How does invoicing work?

You sell the activity and invoice the client directly. Picuco acts as a payment platform: we collect the payment on your behalf and transfer your share. Each month we issue you an invoice for our commission plus taxes.

What if the client cancels?

We apply your cancellation policy. If the client is entitled to a full refund, no commission is charged. If a penalty applies, you keep your share as agreed.

Can I turn down a booking?

Yes. If you don't have availability or the group isn't right, just let us know and we'll handle it with the client. We never force you to accept anything.

Can I keep selling through my own channels?

Absolutely. There's no exclusivity. You can keep your usual channels, other platforms or direct sales. We're one more channel, not the only one.

What if the client doesn't show up on the day?

If the client doesn't turn up without warning, we apply your cancellation policy as if they cancelled at the last minute. You don't lose your time without compensation.
